The woman behind the work

My healing became part of my calling.

S.I.S. Empowerment grew from faith, lived experience, and the belief that women should never have to carry difficult seasons alone.

Why I created S.I.S. Empowerment

God has a way of leading us back to our calling. My journey has not been neat or easy, but it has been purposeful. After surviving trauma, wrestling with identity, and rebuilding my life with God, He showed me that the words meant for my healing were also meant for others.

What began as Yani Apparel grew into something deeper: a ministry of strength, empowerment, and faith. S.I.S. Empowerment became the space I once needed, a place where women can tell the truth, receive support, reconnect with God, and become whole without pretending the process is easy.

I help women move from survival toward clarity, confidence, healthy boundaries, and God-given purpose. I do not believe healing must be rushed or performed. I believe it can be honest, practical, spiritually grounded, and supported.

What S.I.S. means

She Is Strong.

Strength can be soft.

Strength is not pretending nothing hurts. It may look like resting, asking for help, setting a boundary, or beginning again.

Faith can hold truth.

You can trust God and still name what happened. Honest healing creates room for wisdom, support, and restoration.

Becoming takes time.

You do not have to arrive all at once. Growth can happen through small, faithful decisions made in the season you are in.

My approach

Faith-centered, practical, and human.

My background in education, community health, ministry, advocacy, and pastoral counseling shapes an approach that sees both the spiritual and practical parts of a woman’s life.

  • Scripture without shame or pressure
  • Encouragement grounded in real life
  • Tools for boundaries, confidence, and self-advocacy
  • Respect for each woman’s pace and story
  • Clear next steps instead of empty motivation

A clear scope of support

Coaching is support, not clinical treatment.

S.I.S. Empowerment provides faith-based coaching, education, reflection tools, and encouragement. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical care, crisis support, or legal advice. When deeper care is needed, seeking qualified professional support is an act of strength.
